NSLI-Y for Your Future

NSLI-Y participants are encouraged to further develop their skills throughout their university education and professional lives. After serving as unofficial representatives overseas, participants remain engaged in the international arena. Their insight into other cultures and languages will play a lasting role in shaping their lives and communities.

Online Communities

Join the NSLI-Y Group on our international social network Exchanges Connect to meet NSLI-Y alumni and ask them about their experience on past NSLI-Y programs.  They can help you learn about the application process, how to prepare for an overseas experience, how to make the most of your language learning experience, and what it is like to live with a host family.  Join the NSLI-Y Group today and learn more about NSLI-Y from someone who has Learned a New Language and Experienced a New World!
